If the caller’s vehicle is not appearing in the app when they are trying to add a vehicle, please use the following talk-path:
“We are sorry to hear that. This is a known issue that the Drift team is working to resolve. If you provide me with the Make, Model, and Year of your vehicle, our engineers will be able to manually add it for you. (caller provides info). Awesome. Someone will reach out to confirm that this has been completed, it typically takes a couple business days.
Please make sure you include the vehicle information in your call notes and any information related to the caller's trip dates.
