Take photos of the dirty part(s) of the car (make sure you take photos close up and from a distance) immediately and send the photos to email@example.com or submit them through the Report an Incident (Support > Report and Incident) function within the app. We will review the car’s before and after photos, and let you know the resolution within 48 hours of receipt.
“If your car was returned dirty, take photos of the dirty part(s) of the car (make sure you take photos close up and from a distance photo) and submit them to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you include your contact information in the email. You can also submit photos through the Drift app by going to Support > Report and Incident. If you go through the app, make sure you select “No” when asked if the vehicle was in an accident or if anyone is injured.
