Yes, Drift will attempt to provide a replacement vehicle for the duration of the reservation period. Exclusions apply.
"I am not able to book you a vehicle directly, but I am going to escalate your request for a replacement vehicle to our operations team. A member of that team will reach out in the next 2 hours. If we are not able to find you a replacement vehicle, we will refund you for the time you did not have the vehicle.”
